Product Details

Machining of high hardness material, excellent chip discharge, low noise, high efficiency.
With wide bottom-edge chip flute, it can machine inclined plane
With many flute length and soft overall length, it can make high-speed machining.
With bottom edge facing centre, it can regrind and cut up to top grade smooth.
With long and short bottom edge (with 2 flutes facing centre), it can be applied in multi-purpose machining.

It can machine various sizes and specification and inclinationθ°, helical angles α°, concentricity⊙≤0.005mm. Super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensively applied, it can be applied in medium speed cutting and finish cutting of various materials with HRC≤28°. It has excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance and has extensive application. Generally, it is applied for thicker cutting, discontinuous cutting and bad part fixture. After being coated, it has a better result, can machine various materials of HRC50°. Comparing with ISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has 1-2 times lifetime and excellent wear resistance

A more aggressive angle, such as 90 degrees, is suited for very soft plastics and other materials; it would wear rapidly in hard materials. Such a bit is generally self-starting and can cut very quickly. A shallower angle, such as 150 degrees, is suited for drilling steels and other tougher materials. This style of bit requires a starter hole but does not bind or suffer premature wear so long as a suitable feed rate is used.
